@beermeplease You do have a gorgeous house with your brother though, too bad none of us saw how insane the prices would be after 2008 and bought when housing was still affordable.

@NativePortlander1970 i wouldn't call our place gorgeous but i love our neighborhood/city and its amenities...i think housing was insane even back in 2008
@beermeplease We all thought $150k for a three bed two bath was insane back then, now it's considered a steal.

@NativePortlander1970 2 bed 1 bath we are renting for is 2460 and that;s converted to usd (3400cad) we have a big yard though but we don't use it. good thing is we hire a dirt cheap landscaper to mow it.
