Just called another place that are renting, the guy was so stuck up. I told him I'm not in town for the day that he wants the viewing, but I can do

on my next free day that I am not working, he said "sure, if it's available". He sounded so......cold. I felt disheartened. Not my fault I'm not in town that day.

The guy who used to be the manager here told me it took him ten minutes to find the next tenant. Now half the building is empty and there are signs everywhere. Rents are so outrageous no one can afford to live in Denver anymore. Two years ago, when the new landlord took over, my rent went up $225. Last year it was $160. I just signed the new lease and it increased $35.
