Do any other home owners get spam texts about selling their house?

Should I start telling them I’ll take nothing less than half a mil for it?

No but we have always got them in the mail or sometimes I’ll even see Facebook ads about how much our house “might” be worth and to sell now 😅😅

Also does anybody ever get mail from people wanting to buy their house? I assume those are scams too right?

@TurtlePink Mail? Oh yeah that happens all the time. After a while, you can immediately tell what it is with practically no clues.
If the first word in the letter is "I" or "We", I read no further and it goes in the circular bin.

@ShepherdBard Even when they put an offer on those mailings, they would probably try to lowball later.
