You see, I woke up to find a leak in the utility closet in my garage where my tankless water heater is. Appears there has been a leak for a little bit because there is black mold growing on the lower part of the wall 😭
However, the plumber came to save the day. $275 later I no longer have a leak. Now I move on to the task of fixing the walls.
Gonna chose to be positive though. Things could always be worse, right!

Yikes! Yeah that would suck to wake up to. But at least you caught it before any more damage occurred. As mentioned, be careful around that mold. Don't need you sick on top of this unfortunate mess.
Much worse. If that's your worst problem you are in good shape. That is easily repairable. 🙂 Cut out the damaged drywall. Spray everything down with a 50/50 mixture of Clorox and water. Clean any mould off the studs. Repeat spraying it down. Let dry then patch back the drywall. 🙂
