@icedsky I'd think sand the gloss off and kilz woiuld cover it.
I say sand the gloss so its not so smooth or you may be able to tell where it was even though it covered

@sstronaut Personal for about the next 10 years until I retire. Sell it and another property I have off and bail out of Washington state. Move to Nevada I am thinking

@icedsky just what id try, only other best thing is remove it completely, like sand it all off.

@Virgo79 I sanded it and scuffed it up pretty good. Textured wall though so not too much. Hit it with 2 coats of Kilz so far. Will hit it again tomorrow. Seems to be working pretty good.
