So after my room mate left, I got my spare room all cleaned up and back to normal.

If you get a big enough pot also (bottom wide and like someone suggested, heavy, so stones or rocks at bottom, etc).
If you are somehow able to lean it against one wall, that support really helped my Monstera.

Mine was okay because instead of growing only upwards, it was downwards also (as mine wasn't staked). Somehow, it worked out :)

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON I've been trying to find a spot for it but it's so big, it's in the way no matter what so I finally just moved it into my spare room. It got top heavy which is what caused it to fall. It was only about a foot or so tall when I found it at a yard sale for only $2!!!

@Tumbleweed Sweet deal, they are quite expensive, usually never small upon purchasing.

Sadly, it does have the proclivity to tumble.

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON My friend wanted one & I didn't want to chop mine up so I looked at one at a garden center - $25 for one that was less than a foot!! 🫨

Clearly you know, they do root amazingly easily and quickly and so, if and when you and your Monstera, feel ready? If ever.

It is a long term plant investment, they will reap the rewards for many years to come :)))

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON I read up on it when she asked for a piece of it but I was still worried I'd kill it, or the cutting, so I looked for one for her. She gave me a glodfish plant but it's still very small & hasn't bloomed yet. Then she gave me a dolphin plant & it died :(

Wow. I DO know what it is, as I have a unit, well, I bought two or three and had the tiny wax squares (I gifted the other(s)).

It does add atmosphere, AND it was on sale ;) ! 😌💪😂
It was a hassle (for me to use).

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON I have to be very careful with this because some of them, even if they smell wonderful, will give me a pounding headache :(

Maybe bring in flowers instead? also you can boil fresh fruit and fruit peels with aromatic herbs and spices, to make your own natural air fresher :) !
