Always wonder when people get so angry that they break things in their own house which they’ll subsequently have to clean up and replace. Guess it’s the irrational aspect of anger driving that train.

@OlderSometimesWiser explosive anger has its consequences. I've definitely destroyed things therapeutically though lol
