what can you do when your apartment is a dump

messy and cluttered and you feel too overwhelmed to know where to start cleaning it? its all just got on top of me.

i live in a small one bedroom apartment and its so messy cluttered and dusty, ive let things build up.....if my mum were to visit she would be outraged and upset with me and she brought me up to be clean and tidy....but i struggle because i have mental problems which make me lethargic.
