Apartment House Dorm or other ?

@LilPrincess that is pretty close to a house just a lot smaller. I lived in a duplex 2 years in college. Lot of privacy. And the renters took care of the yardwork. At the time I didn't own much and didn't mind the lack of space. The kitchen was really nice.

@LilPrincess I lived in a side by side duplex years ago, my neighbor knew I slept days and worked from 5pm until 3:30am, yet always played his tv loud. He got himself arrested and evicted when I came home and his doornwas open so I called 911 in case he was broken into, he was passed out on his couch, with weed on his coffee table, in middle of nowhere small town iowa, a harsh prohibition state.

@robertsnj my place is 2200 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and one bath. I just have one neighbor below that is usually gone most of the time. I have no yard work which is nice.

@NativePortlander1970 Sorry you had to go through that. My neighbor is great we both work odd hours. He plays music but it never bothers and the kids laughing or my son walking he never says a word.

My previous neighbor called the property manager because my son was walking a lot upstairs. I informed her that my son had high functioning autism and needs to walk. When the property manager told the old neighbor she apologized and said feel free to let him walk around. So glad she moved out
