what can i do if i live in a tiny flat

[c=BF6900][i]i live in a tiny flat, and it is cluttered full of stuff, clothes in refuse bags, computer systems 2nd hand which i got off ebay in cardboard boxes...you couldn't swing a cat around in this flat it's so small....i can't move either because i've been here 18 years now, i have no where else to go...i live in council property and there is a short supply of housing.[/i][/c]
