How did you decorate you bedroom as a kid?

My room was painted checkerboard and I had posters everywhere.

I didn't have my own room as a child I shared with my parents, I slept in a bunk bed over there's. The room had no personality and was used more for the use of sleep.
Cramped for space, clothes everywhere no personal areas no privacy
