How did you decorate you bedroom as a kid?

My room was painted checkerboard and I had posters everywhere.

I had those glow in the dark planets and stars on my walls, purple and blue bead curtain on my doorway, a ton of stuffed animals, and I asked for black walls and grey boarding it and got it. lol
