This house wouldn't be so bad if it had central air and heat and a wash room.
The landlord's dad redid the garage to make the house bigger. I guess I'm lucky to have the space but I could do without it (because it's awkward).

I guess it all depends on where you live, and what you've grown up with and had become accustomed to. I've never had any of those things, a dishwasher or a garbage disposal, and I get along just fine.
