Why do a lot of men have a vacuum like this but their house is always filthy? What are they cleaning with it?

@Troubledchick99 Well it's more for cleaning shops. Can you imagine trying to vacuum the floor with one that does glide over the floor. lol Way cumbersome. Like I have one but its far small areas or cleaning out the car. They also tend to be wet dry vacs so they can suck up spills as well.
