What have you done today?

I've been cleaning and organizing. I unplugged everything behind our entertainment center and organized all the cords. I used zip ties, some little brackets that I found, and thumb tacks. Everything is symmetrical, parallel, and running in a straight line. It looks good, and it feels good.

I went to sleep very late (or early), so I woke up late (unusual for me). I need to stop drinking coffee or Diet Pepsi in the evening. I’ve worked out doing HIIT cardio, now I’m procrastinating on whether to do yoga or not. I’ll shower and do some house work, read, not sure after that. May go out.

Yes, it feels good when you get things organized.

@Carissimi The majority of my workout routine is cardio, and my life has greatly improved. I've never been much into building muscle, though. The only caffeine I get is from Bang energy drinks, and that's 300mg per can. I need to slack off on the caffeine, as well. I hope the rest of your day goes well.

Thank you. I do lift weights as well, but as I did kickboxing and upper body weights on Saturday, my muscles are still fatigued, so I’ll lift weights tomorrow. @BlackPhillip
