Made the fence contractor stop work

I'm not happy with it at all. City and county inspectors will be here tomorrow morning for the first time. Posts were 8' long fence is 6' high posts supposed be set a minimum of 30" deep. I'm paying for a permit so I want inspections especially if I'm not doing the work.
