Take your time, being in a hurry may be a huge mistake down the road. Do a very thorough walk through make sure to document and take photo's any damage or things that might be blamed on you should ever find the need to break a lease. Keep ALL receipts for rent payments etc. Read your lease very carefully. Good luck.
