One of the most fascinating women of all times , Roberta McCain, mother of the late senator McCain, reached an age of nearly 109 when she died. She survived 2 of her 3 children. John McCain passed away at 81 and his sister Sandy passed away at 84. Roberta still drove all across Europe when she was in her 90s. She was one of McCain's most avid promotors during his run for presidency in 2008.
Roberta was born in the year the Titanic sank, 1912. She passed away in November 2020, 2 months short of her 109th birthday.
She was present at her son's funeral when she was 106.
A very fascinating woman.
She lived in her own house till the end of her life.
She was very religious and had a strong, stoic character.
I think she derived faith out of both.
As for the queen , she gave order to kill her own daughter in law in 1997.
I will never respect that woman for these reasons.
