@Rosiechick13 Yeah I honestly think the idea of possession is anathema to love... it didn't really occur to me until relatively recently how insidious a lot of the cultural messaging is about the subject because people are not property. You can definately love them and receive their love in return but you can never really "Have" another person. doesn't mean you can't be with them though.

@PDXNative1986 right!!!!!!! Oh hey I have a question I have 2 very young kids.... We may be ready soon to move a gf in...... They've not been exposed at all .... How do we? Like should we tell them? Try to keep it away? I'm so confused on how to handle they are 2 and 4 so I'm overthinking Ik lol

@Rosiechick13 I've never been terribly concerned about the idea of polyamorous people having children because it was like oh noes children would grow up with more people to love them. I don't know what advice to give you on parenting though, I kind of went out of my way to make certain I didn't make that irreversible jump. I don't know, when they get older maybe?
