If it's always done that and it is all working as it should, it may be no more than the vibrations of strains changing in the metalwork expanding and contracting with its heating and cooling.
I would expect sounds from a developing mechanical fault to be noticeable at any time it is running, and possibly continually.
My central-heating system makes lots of odd creaks, groans and clunks as the pipes expand and contract.

I’d google some basic furnace trouble shooting then if you’re still concerned I’d have a furnace person in for an appraisal. Some companies will look at your furnace for free and offer an evaluation.

@Muthafukajones it's under warranty. The ac had a leak issue during the summer but this sounds funny

need more information...is it sitting on floor?? or in attic suspended in a pan?? sound like belt too tight??
