I need remedies for congestion I'm dying here

Ok please help
Hot sauce can be added to your food, soups or even hot tea to get your sinuses opened.

Also, hot tea with lemon and honey helps.

You may also apply a VapoRub over your sinuses and that will help clear them up.

Light exercise can help relieve sinus congestion. Walk around the room or up and down the staircase a couple of times. A rebounder is especially helpful and will also get your lymph moving to facilitate long term healing.

A warm bath is relaxing and healing all at once. At a cup of baking soda and a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil to your bath water and soak. The baking soda helps to alkalize your body and the eucalyptus oil will help to clear your nasal passages.

Jean's Famous Tomato Tea is so popular (197 and counting), here:https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/tomato_tea.html

3 days and your cough will be completely gone and your sinuses will no longer drip. My mixture is:

2 garlic cloves
2 drops oregano essential oil
2 tbs. organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Dash of sea salt
8 oz hot water
Honey, per your taste.
I wouldn't sniff it directly, as they say that's not good for your lungs, but get some Vicks and put it in a humidifier and let it spray it's scent through the room and that will unclog your nose and all. Please get well soon. Maybe it's allergies?
