What’s your creepiest neighbor like?

[i][c=#BF0080]I have one who likes to wave to me when I’m inside my home from my patio door and he likes to dance in the street when people drive by sometimes.

Just a little while ago I was texting my mom back at the gas station in the dark and put my phone down to leave and looked up and he was right in the middle in front of the hood of my car just staring at me like a killer in a horror movie would 😂 To make it worse he was wearing a winter hat and coat and the temp is between 80-90 😳 I backed out so fast 😆

...and worse!?😲I found out the guy that lived 3 doors down from me years ago was coming in my apartment when I was gone!!!

@cherokeepatti It was a wide awake nightmare until I could move out!😱 I HATE apartment buildings. If I ever have to live in them again I won't EVER invite anyone in. The cops couldn't help me because this creep was suppose to be a "friend" that I had over many times before. So they couldn't do finger prints on someone you have already let in?! Lesson learned...the hard way [i]again![/i]

@Peaches If a person is skinny enough they can get into some the air ducts in the ceiling and wiggle through to the next apartment. Someone I know said it happened with a couple of druggies, the man was skinny from using meth. The apartment next door was vacant and he would do that to unlock that apartment & open it up so they could go inside & do meth over there. The manager figured it out & the woman got kicked off of welfare for it. She had only been there less than 3 months when caught.

@Peaches Bad enough with maintenance, managers, etc. having master keys to them. I had a backup in the my bathroom & had to go to work one morning (had the key to let everyone in the office)...called the emergency number & they said the maintenance man came over & said he’d call the plumbers out. I had to leave. I came home & they had it fixed & cleaned up. But they had stepped over into my bedroom, took a bottle of perfume off of the dresser & sprayed it into the air like air freshener! I started wanting to move after that happened.
