What’s your creepiest neighbor like?

[i][c=#BF0080]I have one who likes to wave to me when I’m inside my home from my patio door and he likes to dance in the street when people drive by sometimes.

Just a little while ago I was texting my mom back at the gas station in the dark and put my phone down to leave and looked up and he was right in the middle in front of the hood of my car just staring at me like a killer in a horror movie would 😂 To make it worse he was wearing a winter hat and coat and the temp is between 80-90 😳 I backed out so fast 😆

His behaviour definitely seems more than a little weird or perhaps he is attention seeking.
I dunno about some people tbh. They are very very strange.

If that's true there's something that went on in that household. People need to stop just blaming the person in situations like this. Maybe this is his weird way of reaching out, it comes across weird off scary simply because he doesn't know how to approach you differently.
By no means am I suggesting for you to take it upon yourself to befriend him especially alone.
But I do think when you are dealing with someone like this, mental health issues if not hereditary it's due to the life they led growing up.

That's very very sad.

@Peppa [i][c=#BF0080]It happened to 2 of 5 kids. I’m very careful around him b/c someone close to me told me something he supposedly did to a woman. That’s why I wasn’t getting out and was so creeped out. [/c][/i]

@MellyMel22 I don't know what he did. But when some people are reprimanded every time they ask and however they ask...
They stop asking, and just take.
I'm not justifying because yes as adults we should have logic and know right from wrong but I truly believe learning those rules take a back seat, and personal needs takes the front seat in an archaic and cave man like way.

Always pay attention when you are local to his home.

@Peppa [i][c=#BF0080]He lives around the block which is very close here and he walks around the neighborhood day and night. Normally he doesn’t creep me and I’ll wave back but not make eye contact. He was violent with a woman, very- that’s what I was told by someone who is best friends w/his kids’ mom. [/c][/i]
