Where do you feel at home the most?
It is an odd sensation, feeling like I need to go home, when I've been stuck at home during lockdown for quite a long time. It is making me question the concept of home. Is it the place you grew up in? The four walls in which you feel the most safe? Is it tied to a childhood memory of peace and happiness? Is it where the heart is? The people you share your days with? Is it the yearning for simpler times? I feel like I want to go home but don't know how. Perhaps it's trying to find a way back to the happy place in my mind and heart, free from fear, free from future's uncertainties, free from the melancholy of losing some of what was, free from the desperation of holding onto what remains.
All will be well, think it, believe it, project it through the power of your mind. We will make it through this, be positive, be strong and remember to just breathe...
