Do you Buy American if it means paying a higher price?

My car was assembled in America with a high US content and that was a factor for me.

I've never purchased a car. The car I have now is the one my parents got for me at 18 when I graduated high school. It was a shiny new-to-me Toyota Prius. Pretty sure it was made in Japan, but idk.

@sarabee1995 Most Toyota's sold in this country since the 1990s are assembled in the USA
