What do you think the advantage going to be for buying a house when recession is taken place?

There is no advantage unless if you are wealthy ,it would be harder to take a loan out even if paying it back is easier as money lose value. So unless you are a wealthy developer that can take advantage of an economic recession theres not much to it for you:)
