What's your favorite feature in a home?

I love water closets (rooms containing flush toilets)! Just a neat concept, imho.

@Stereoguy I would recommend that anyone approaching retirement age have a doable plan in place to be debt free upon retirement. It makes life so easy when the burden of a mortgage and car payments no longer exist....
