What time do you get up in the morning?

I get up at 3:30 every morning I work. This morning when I took a shower I and was washing my hair I slipped when I bent over. I have a bad back and everything came down. The shower curtains, the toilet seat came off, and towel rack came off the wall. When I slipped I fell over the side of the bafh tub. My supervisor gave me the day off and gave personal time.
