I did something silly and slightly embarrassing...

I accidentally sat an unlit candle on a wire rack in my bathroom without placing underneath it. Over time the bottom melted in between the racks and it's probably halfway through the candle. The candle is probably about the size of an apple. I have no idea how to remove it.I have search google up and down with out any luck.
oh, and the rack in screwed in the wall over my toilet. I would prefer not to take it down if that's possible. Thanks in advance!

is the wire rack pastic covered or solid metal?

@sweetiepoo I think I'd empty out the rack as best you can, put down towels/stuff to collect the wax and use something like a chisel to try to shave layers off the candle from the underside up towards the rack. after you get down to the metal, it should be feasible to just pop the upper part up, off and out of the rack.
