What I Like About This House

The price. Only $1.6 million.

The kitchen.

The staircase.

The great room.

High ceilings.

Dislikes?

Small lot for the size of the house.

Could use a bit more privacy (by way of a bigger lot). I should be able to walk around nude in my own house without the neighbors getting an eyefull.

Theatre should be in its own enclosed space, lending to better lighting and sound effects.

Pool could usea lot more pizzazz, such as a waterfall feature
