If it was me by myself that would be ideal. Would have to pare down a lot of possessions but imagine not having a high gas bill for heat or electric bill for a/c because the space is so small. Very low maintenance too. I’ve seen a huge number of videos and the people that are living in their homes are happy with what they have and have more time for their lifestyle. And most of those little homes if they are designed right look really cozy.
