What if some random guy at your barbecue that you just met 5 minutes ago asks you how much money you make?

5 minutes? I would think that is very odd for someone to ask me how much I make in 5 minutes of meeting me. I would definitely think there was a motive behind it. If it was someone I personally knew (depending on the person of course) I wouldn't think much about it.
