Should mowing grass be allowed?
Sure it looks better but it just burns gas and prevents things from blooming. Plant wild flowers veggies or garden instead. I'm cutting back.

There was a man who landscaped his entire front yard where he didn’t have to mow, southwest xeriscape type plants and lots of rocks. The city here was trying to go after him saying he needed to plant a lawn. He was a doctor who was confined to a wheelchair and won that case, he couldn’t do yardwork.
