What are your thoughts about minimalistic living?

I prefer minimalist living...

I grew up in a house with crystal ornaments on every conceivable surface, doilies, friggin candles... Oh! Almost forgot the potpourri too 😖

I hated it.

I like clean lines, empty shelves, and very little to dust, lol

Good in theory. My wallet and bank account agrees as well. I've really cut back on spending on shit I don't need. Threw out most of my clothes. It's been a very freeing experience.

I wish I could simplify and cut back everything. I admire those who live with clean slates, but then I wonder how bland their lives really are 🤔

Nothing to the extreme...but I do need to declutter and simplify my life😅

I don't enjoy clutter :)

I lived in a minimalist house as a kid.We had little furniture. I enjoyed the space, and now find myself HATING "cozy" spaces. 😂
