Usually go to sleep feeling like a snack...then I snack and then I regret the snack while falling asleep finally. If I'm unlucky I'll feel thirsty, then get up again for a drink before settling for bed...but then I'll feel like I need to go bathroom and get up again so - anyway, good night, man.
