Liberals are tolerant of race, sexuality, 'isms' etc. Knowing that, would you expect them to be tolerant of anyone who was racist or homophobic or who sought to discriminate on any basis? How about Hitler - if he were here now would you expect liberals to tolerate him?

I've explained to you what tolerance means to a liberal and you are twisting the term to suit your own purposes. If you consider having a different opinion to yours intolerant, then I imagine most of the people you ever come across in life will seem intolerant to you at one stage or another.
