How do I tell my parents that I keep hearing them in their bedroom or do I just pretend I didn't? It happens a lot

It's sick, isn't it? Old people shouldn't do energetic stuff. I wouldn't know how to say anything to them, I'd just go red! But you could cough whenever they start getting loud or the bed springs start singing?
