Everyone should only speak English when they're in America. There's nothing in our Constitution saying people are allowed to talk however they want.

Not all of them but many I believe this to be a mental illness. They cannot tolarate someone be comfortable in their own skins happy with their own Heritage.

@puck61 not sure how the question was funny it was rhetorical, as the first languages to be spoken here were the languages of the tribes of American Indians, and if you want to get technical and go the continent then the indigenous people of both Mexico and Canada those were the first spoken languages on this continent not English .
