Mobile home with a little yard.

@TheeOriginalEXLover What is there to lie about? Mobile homes can be nice, especially double wide units. If a person owns a small lot, that is even better. There isn't much yard work, but the owner can do with it whatever he/she wants.

Tiny house if I could design it with the features and layout that I want. Some of them are very efficient. Tiny houses can be up to 400 square feet and that's huge as far as tiny houses go. If you have some outdoor living space it'd be really nice.

@cherokeepatti Yes, the TV program shows amazing tiny homes. It would be nice to live in an area where the outdoors could be used for additional living space most of the year.

@Autumnlover A tiny house tree house would be wonderful if it wasn't for lightning and windstorms...what a view and a person could have a wrap-around deck to have a meal, barbecue or just sit around and enjoy the scenery. Whatever, I'd love to have a wood-burning stove (or fireplace in a tree house)....

Never been in a mobile home before, lived in a small place many times. I just want to live by the grace of God in His love so wherever it is fine with me
Autumnlover · F
@SagePoet Perfect!

Tiny house, I've seen more with individual rooms as opposed to mobile homes

I would look to a tiny house, something on the larger end of tiny, inspired by Philip Johnson's Glass House.
toddr13 · 46-50, M
@Autumnlover It's actually a house, modernist style, built and designed by the American architect Philip Johnson. It's now a museum, following his death, and is well worth a visit if you're in Connecticut.

New England is on my list of places to visit. Thanks.
toddr13 · 46-50, M
@Autumnlover Definitely see if you can visit during open hours/months. It's in New Canaan, CT, about an hour from Manhattan and about 45 minutes from New Haven, so the southern end of New England.

I have lived in both so it doesn't matter

@Autumnlover It was a cabin that I helped build :)
Autumnlover · F
That sounds very nice. I assume it was in a wooded area. I would love to live in a cabin, at least for a few months.

@Autumnlover I love the outdoors and would appreciate the pleasure of your company some time :)
