If you could modify or add something about your house without worrying about cost what would you do?

I'm im my 28 season of this old house Lol
I'll go with a rocket and launch pad to blast myself the hell out of it for once and for all ...lol

I'd gut and redo it entirely, change the bottom floor into an office/server room and tear out/rebuild the back deck to a multi level with a hot tub.

I'd add a beautiful woman, that had an inner fire and a job, loved life, sex, the ocean and dogs.

The rest I already have.

Solar Tubes in the living room and one bedroom, afternoons gets dark in those two rooms and I would love more natural light.

Update the kitchen. Quartz countertops are on our to do list. New cabinets would be dream come true.

I would replace/redo the roof

Pool

A stairlift and a large conservatory and an extra bedroom or two so my boys could move back home and we could all be under one roof and they could still have their own space .

Hardwood floors throughout, new furniture, new kitchen, update the upstairs bathrooms, new deck, fence, and finish the bathroom in the basement -- basically a new house.

I'd extend the balcony. We want more space for using the grill and table out on the balcony... and maybe a better overhead cover.. less susceptible to wind.

Insulate the whole thing to death, tripple glazing, green roof, floor and wall sound insulation

A complete and total home gym with an Olympic size lap pool, sauna and therapeutic hot tub.

build a glass cabin. with a wood fireplace where I'll cook from too. be only 20X20
