Some sort of drafting desk?
Has anyone seen this before?

@LavidaRaq I believe the arm is on the right as the lip is to keep things from falling off the slanted desk!

@LavidaRaq Well may i suggest giving it an all over sanding and a good sealant on the desk and some heavy duty rustolium on the base
