I love it! Love the plants in mugs, love the deck, the barn, I have that staircase meme lol. Wow, what a cool property!

@Jeephikelove I really like his style!! ☺😊
Interesting, I don't really think of surfable waves on the east coast ... I mean I know there are people right here where I am that seem to be surfers, but the only time I've ever seen what looks like surfable waves to me is when a hurricane is approaching here

@BlueGreenGrey The surf before hurricanes is some of the best on the East coast. Hurricane surfing is quite popular. Norway has a vibrant surf scene and I can attest to the amazing waves in Ireland. If you have ocean access then you have potential for waves and waves are the only real requirement for surfing. I know of a pro surfer who got sick of the crowds in his home town of Santa Cruz so he moved to Alaska and he gets shacked all the time with nobody around to share with. I think you’d be surprised where some of the best places to surf exist.
@RunTheJulz I don't know if I've seen waves as big in Maine or not (with the exception of a hurricane hundreds of miles east up there too) ... if not, I wonder why Nova Scotia would get larger waves, I always think of Maine and NS being very similar

@BlueGreenGrey So many factors go into determining the size power and quality of waves it could be a dissertation but I think it would depend upon the type of wave energy and open ocean exposure. That’s just my semi educated guess.
