Pros:
1. You're around your family.
2. You don't have to waste time commuting
3. You're efficient with your time
4. You don't get pulled into mindless interactions by people around you
5. You save money
6. You can focus on what you want
7. Sometimes you take it easy.

Cons:
1. You miss out on important comunications
2. Out of sight becomes out of mind
3. Colleagues try take advantage of your physical absence at work
4. You can't monitor how your team is working
5. New hires don't get to benefit from your physical presence
6. You over-compensated for not being in the office
7. You miss out on the office gossips
Pros:
- The best commute ever
- You don't have to talk with the office mates that you have no need to talk with.

Cons:
- Work life balance, like you start relaxing when you're supposed to be working, and/or keep working when your supposed to be living life, and can be no clear cut between the two.
- You don't get out of the house much, and can fall into depression, or miss getting the pleasure of talking with others, that you want to talk with in the office.

I worked from home for about 10 years. Never again! People did not respect home time or after 5 pm.
@tobynshorty I've had the opposite experience. Irl made us stay late, online you just go offline and they can email all you want, you check tomorrow 9 am
Pros - work in pj's
No commute.(cost saving)
Allowed to blast music as loud as I can.
Not feeling eyes on me and pressure
Freedom, mostly
Able to be home with my pets more
Able to work from wherever I want, garden, near the river, on a beach etc.
No toxic colleagues, gossip and shit like that
No need to pretend I like them except on meetings(that exausts me irl)
Able to eat good homemade food whenever
No heels and business attire, makeup or hairdos (extra cost)
Able to fart whenever I want
Able to take a nap on my breaks or immediately after work

Cons-you rarely make friends with your coworkers irl anyways, so maybe just the socializing is a bit more challenging

I find it’s good to be able to do domestic stuff when not doing paid work. It also suits me as I’m a nudist and don’t have to dress up for work 🙂🙂

Pro: I can go for a run during my lunch break, and I spend significantly less money on gasoline.
Con: If you are a people person it could lead to depression if you're not careful

@itsok that's a great summary 🤣
A short commute to the office.
No one to complain to.
