Torn and confused

I love to buy a house with my bestfriend but I think it's too far away. I don't know if this will affect our friendship if I change my mind. I mean a house is a big commitment. I can't back out of it but I don't want to hurt her feelings after all the things that I've said in what we will be doing in our houses if I also purchased the adjacent lot.

Not wise

I have built 3 new homes & purchased 4 used homes while single.

I sold a house early Dec 24 & purchased a used place last week.

I will renovate it over 2 years & start again. All my close friends are in the building industry so costs are very low for me.

Would I purchase with a friend ====== NO
