Torn and confused

I love to buy a house with my bestfriend but I think it's too far away. I don't know if this will affect our friendship if I change my mind. I mean a house is a big commitment. I can't back out of it but I don't want to hurt her feelings after all the things that I've said in what we will be doing in our houses if I also purchased the adjacent lot.

I wouldn't buy a property with someone else.. can you even trust her to pay her share of the payments? That's a big headache if she is unreliable.. she could be taking advantage of you and give you a lot of grief..

@YoMomma I'm sorry I was not clear about the purchase. We are going to buy each other's house but adjacent so we'll be neighbors.
