A question for my fellow hard working class persons...after what hour on your feet do you begin to notice your ankles/lower legs swelling?

16 hours, usually after 16 hours or more of being on my feet constantly I will notice some puffiness in my ankles.

Swelling in the ankles, feet and legs is often caused by a build-up of fluid in these areas, called oedema. Oedema is usually caused by: standing or sitting in the same position for too long & or eating too much salty food.
