You know what really grinds my gears?

I'm stuck with either viasat or hughes, both are garbage, and fiber lines stopped literally a mile from our home. Then via sues because "they can't compete" with another company, and... I just want internet that doesn't have a "soft cap" from 2001.

I hear you because I am rural too, without any fiber or CATV passing by. What I did is use a 4GLTE data service. If you can use data on your phone you might be able to utilize that. I pay $140 /mo and have used over 700GB per month with no issues, but it's usually 500-600GB. T-Mobile has a nice 5G plan as well that's cheap. Also, some ma and pa providers utilize part of the 5.8GHz spectrum for service too.
