So I closed on my house Monday -

and here is it Saturday. Haven't had to drive by the house and make sure it hadn't been broken into...don't care if the yard is mowed..plumbing ....pffft.

ah it's good to be "homeless" (at least for now - have to pay another month's rent in a couple of weeks)
