Why is it weird having someone wait outside to use the bathroom stall after you

Can't stand using the stalls in the mens bathroom. Smells like ass, and I don't mean like a fart. I mean it smells like someones ass is sitting directly in front of your face. Also they never flush

@SW-User i have no idea what makes my experience different from yours. maybe where you're from people are just more decent and clean.
