Thank you, US veterans, for liberating Europe from the horrors of fascism! 馃尫 I do not know whether my family would have survived without you. [sep] 鉂わ笍 馃嚭馃嚫 鉂わ笍[sep]

I learned to appreciate our veterans so much more when I took the time to talk with one at a grocery store. He was in a wheel chair and I don't remember exactly how we got into a conversation, but his words touched my heart in a way never to be forgotten. I thank all veterans and realize there is so much more behind these people than we usually get to see or know.
What might a veteran have to say? Post Breezey Breezey on Fri Apr 22, 2011 12:10 pm
I took some time for a veteran today I stood and listened to what he had to say He spoke of health, Agent Orange, tests and grief his wife and children suffering beyond belief He didn't cry nor shed even a single tear about what Agent Orange has done, up to this year He spoke of his daughter who is going blind from Agent Orange being passed on in kind He wished me a happy coming Easter too Asked what else was there for a person to do? My heart is sad and my thoughts weigh a ton for all the heartache given out to this one.
